Big Sky, Montana is the base for Ben's winter pursuits. He proudly calls North Dakota home with a background as a ski racer; competing throughout the midwest and Canada in his youth. Ben is a trainer to skiers in all terrain and an ambassador to the mountain experience. He has explored the industry as a racer, race coach, ski patroller, competitive freeskier, ski instructor and guide. Ben is an examiner for the PSIA-Northen Rocky Mountain Education Team and a staff trainer for Big Sky Mountain Sports. He holds a PSIA Level III certification in addition to USSA 100, Avalanche II and Wilderness First Responder credentials.
