Steep Camps at Big Sky Montana

These 3 day camps are perfect for intermediate and advance skiers who want to hone their back country and steep skiing skills. You’ll learn strategy and tactics for the steeps combined with snow safety and skills that will allow you to not only access more of the mountain you want to ski but increase your confidence in your ability. Whether you are a first time steep skier want to be or an old pro these camps will provide the thrill and excitement found is small groups on the big mountain. 2012 Summer Ski Vacations, Heli and Guided Ski Camps
General Policies:
All Domestic ski clinics/camps require Payment in Full 30 days prior to the starting date of the clinic/camp or a $75 service fee will be charged for payment within 30 days of the clinic/camp start date. All overseas clinics and our Heli-skiing clinics must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start date of the trip. A $250 service fee will be charged if final payment is received within the 45 days prior to the clinic/camp. Sorry, no exceptions!

Get all the big mountain action you can handle without having to leave the east! Join Dan on his annual weekly pilgrimage to Tucks every friday from April 22, to May 20 and experience one of skiings most historic venues. Bring the whole family or even just send your kids out to ensure a great day of burning off steam in the mountains. This trip is a great way to get head up Mt. Washington with a group and ski together, learn a bit and have a safe day without the crowd of the weekends.
TRIPS INCLUDE: We will work on the following:
- How to pack your gear
- Hiking in steep terrain
- Creating anchors on the steeps for putting on skis
- Steep skiing techniques
- Classic routes on Mt. Washington.
